Mr. Skočir informed us that your company logo is a bee mark based on your name and suggested that we acquire this logo as a trademark through APS.

As another company had already obtained a trademark for INTERDENT's triple-line character logo,
we acquired a trademark for a German reading of the katakana triple-line character with a bee mark.
We acquired this trademark immediately after signing the memorandum as your exclusive agent.

Therefore, if you change your mind and conduct business with other parties in Japan, it would be a breach of contract.

Let's make peace between your company and us as soon as possible.
