1. regarding the connection between your company and my younger sister
On June 26, 2023, we had a telephone call from the Slovenian embassy at the request of Mrs. Urška Gradišnik. On the same evening at 8:05 pm there was an IP phone call to my home landline and a voicemail in Chinese with an “unknown caller” message on my cell phone. I believe this was only possible because your company got my home phone number and cell phone number from my younger sister.

2. My younger sister stole all the share certificates with the representative director's registered seal after our parents passed away. Therefore, our representative family members do not have any share certificates at all. My younger sister stole all the share certificates with the intention of becoming the controlling person of our company from early on. So, it is my younger sister, who is the real ruler of our company, and not Dr. Nakai, against whom your company takes legal action.

3. On February 1, 2024, I submitted a written report to two judges of the Amagasaki Branch of the Kobe District Court. In this written report I stated for the first time that my younger sister had double-collected JPY 43.7 million for the sales cost of the Nishinomiya warehouse land. I did not mention this amount (JPY 43.7 million x 2=) JPY 87.4 million in my written report of December 20, 2022. Since the person against whom your company takes legal action is my younger sister, please allow the debt collector hired by your company to collect the JPY 87.4 million from my younger sister.

4. After your company has collected JPY 87.4 million from my younger sister, please send us the transfer amount of JPY 70 million from the email of February 26, 2024. That is please pay us the amount of JPY 70 million plus consumption tax of JPY 7 million, for a total of JPY 77 million. And then please your company receive (JPY 87.4 million – JPY 77million =) JPY 10.4 million. We kindly request your prompt consideration. We believe this is the best way for your company and for our company.
