On February 27, 2023, we informed your company that the invoice for 20 bottles of EXpasol was incorrect. Your company should have immediately informed Kobe Customs of this mistake at that time. Why did you leave it until now?
Please report to Kobe Customs that invoice RK22-13937 is fictitious and
that your company has caused trouble for us.
Then, please file an amended declaration with the Customs and arrange for the customs duty and other costs of invoice RK22-13937 to be returned to APS. Please ask the customs office for the documents and the amount.
We will then report this to the Osaka Higashi Tax Office. After recalculation of the consumption tax due, if there is any additional amount, your company will be responsible to pay it.
